Shipping information

We ship to Belgium and its neighboring countries at the following rates:

  • Belgium: 5€
    • We offer free shipping in Belgium for all orders over 35€
    • You can pick up your order for free in our pick-up points in Antwerp and Brussels..
  • The Netherlands, Germany & Luxemburg: 8€
    • We offer free shipping in The Netherlands, Germany & Luxemburg for all orders over 35€
  • France & UK: 12,5€

We ship all orders with the package service of Bpost. All packages receive a track & trace code. The package is presented 1 time at the delivery address. If you are not present on the day of the delivery, you can make an appointment by phone to present the package a second time for free, or you can choose to pick it up at the post office.

We will do our utmost to ship your order immediately after we have received your payment. We do say 30 days, but except for a rare exception you can expect delivery a lot sooner. If your product is in stock, average delivery timing is 3 days.

If a product is out of stock and delivery will take longer than promised, we will inform you about this.

If we can no longer deliver a product you ordered, we will offer you a comparable alternative (if you accept it) or we will pay you back.

Within 14 days after purchase, you can return the ordered product.

If we would deliver a wrong product by mistake, we will fix it! At our expense, off course.

Return Policy

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Sale items are not refunded.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and you need to provide us with your bank account number.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
Azumaya will transfer the credit within a 14 days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
